It's been one of Those Days.  Or at least One of Those Mornings.  The rest of the day hasn't been so bad.

As part of my ongoing quest to discover What I Am Supposed to Be Doing Now I Am An Older Woman, I was wondering last year when something pointed me in the direction of the Prison Fellowship.  Go Google, Dear Reader, I'm tired.

Not entirely put off train travel by last weekend's debacle (see previous entry) I decided to take in a bit of culture up in Town, having first checked that BiL thought he would be fully up to it.  He broke his leg a few months back, is out of plaster a while since, but still on crutches when out and about.  BiL reckoned that he was.

Last week was busy-ish, but in a different way.  Monday our Pilates teacher was off on holiday, so I actually got to take the Dyson round the ground floor at least.  After that it needed emptying.  Thanks, H.  Really must repeat the exercise, this time with a duster, and do upstairs as well ( Read more... )
