I successfully arrived in Phoenix. We went to Barro's, which was good. Then Mom and stepdad revealed that they think the Ferguson riots are unjustified and pointless violence. Our Black Friday shopping consisted of hanging out in PJs until 11a, then heading to the wholesale tile place to talk to the very talkative contractor redoing the master bathroom. I haven't felt this full in a while. Still, I actually got pie this year (both times!), so I'm pretty happy.
