I watched bits and pieces of the "Blade" marathon on Spike TV, and was struck by how much the show has improved from the premiere through "Monsters." I was a little disappointed in last night's episode, as it was way too predictable and stretched plausibility even beyond the taffy-pull levels this series demands. Specifically Charlotte and Lurch surviving a flaming fireball plane crash with nary a scratch. That's some straight OWBN Elder shit right there. I bet they both blew Aegis an insane ( Read more... )

So I caught "Smallville" for the first time since before poor Jon Kent bought it. It's nice to see the show actually making some changes and sticking to them for once.
