So, my time here in England is almost to an end. Just two more weeks remain, and I already took my bike apart and boxed it up. Oh, how rusty its gotten in this constant rain. I keep having these really strange lucid dreams in which I am still at work leading people through the cave. In the dream, I know that its not real -- and infact, I'm usually awake and stumbling around my room, but in my dream state the furniture and walls are all transformed into limestone and nailhead crystals. Three months ago I submitted an application to Harris Manchester College of Oxford University to attend next fall as a visiting student.

Last night I got an e-mailed response saying I got in. . . so come September, I'm off to England!

Today I finally got fed up with the college bookstore. You see, Augustana doesn't release the ISBN numbers of the textbooks for the semester. So if you want to purchase the books online you have to wait until the bookstore gets them -- walk down there, and copy the numbers off the books on the shelf ( Read more... )
