We upgraded our beds this weekend. Instead of two twin mattresses we now have two queens; it's wonderful. As part of gradually transitioning Rose to her own bed we moved her to the other side of Darrell so that she's not right next to me. Earlier tonight Darrell was playing the Wii while Rose was running around. He told her several times to watch out 'cause he was swinging his arm, and she kept running around behind him. So, for the first time in our relationship, I out-ate Darrell. We went to Longhorn's and split a 16 oz. steak; he ended up giving me part of his steak. I also ate the salad and french fries that came with our meal, and had my own fried cheesecake for dessert. I'm blaming the pregnancy.

I hate crying. I really hate it. The problem is that I usually manage to avoid it for so long that something stupid or unimportant starts me off. Of course, once I've started tearing up over that stupid thing, all is lost. The Day of Silence was today. It really wasn't as bad as I anticipated, although I did have to bite my tongue a couple of times in some of my classes. So, spring break has come to an end. I'm so glad to be back.
