Yesterday I got to meet Mom's boyfriend, Mike Backhome. He was Mom's boyfriend in high school and when she and Dad were dating, and Dad did not want her to go back to Mike Backhome so he proposed. So Mike's wife died (not very long ago) and he and Mom hooked up. They have been visiting back and forth and now they are in San Antonio with Christy. ( Read more... )

Thursday night, my fan club was talking about going to Melrose, a non-smoking bar down on 12th. They had never been there before but I had and they invited me to go. Yesterday was pretty good. I went to M'boro to get my haircut. I drank a bunch of champagne with Eric and it was totally awesome. Friday we started working on the head/neck/face. Our lab was at 10am, so the first group already had the skin off. I don't really enjoy picking minute amounts of fascia off of teeny tiny muscles, so I decided to go all the way to the bone. So I am now hanging out with my stupid sister. I picked her up this morning and we went to see Eric, my hair guy. We drank wine and got a full 12 inches cut off her hair. It's WAY better.
