I have been spending a lot of time over at www.hitRECord.org lately (since August, really), so who knows how frequently I'll post here. I tend to forget about it.

I am still sad, but it's so much better than before. Having a community of people backing my creative efforts has really been something else, let me tell you.

I suppose I should at least TRY to remember the little things, like what drew me to a blogger or Tweeter, or (anything else, for that matter), but I ususally don't.

The exhibit of the Louvre pieces was wonderful, and I look forwrd to returning.

Holy crap, I would really like to see this painting. You have no idea how much I love Caravaggio. I don't understand the icons & meanings for shit, but I love the contrasts of light & darkness.

Anyone want to go to Chicago for my birthday, and attend one of the last few days of the exhibit??

GAWD, that was good! Spent most of the day at the MIA lounging about negligently & people-watching. I saw the Sin & Salvation exhibit for the last time. I simply adore "The Afterglow in Egypt."  There is also another painting that has the same model, but she has a cow by her hip, and has a basket of birds on her head instead.
