Barack Obama has so far proven to me, since being nominated for the Presidential race, and then after winning, that he has what it takes to help heal our cynical nation. So, I managed 2040 words on the first day. I'm aiming to do 2000 a day so that I can knock this out sooner, and make allowances for days when I'm going to be dead on my feet because of work. At present, the Month graph thingy is fucked up weird, says I haven't done jack. Which is not true, but whatever. The minigraph is correct.

I just watched Barack Obama's speech at the Democratic National Convention (I'd heard raves about it, people saying that he gave one of the most powerful speechs since John F Kennedy)
