Well, I finally weighed in on Julie's bathroom scale. Starting out an an impressively obscene 274, the scale read 234 or so, a 40 lb difference. I attribute at least 10 lbs to the stuff I wasn't wearing (pants full of heavy junk), so I've lost about 30#. Not bad! Still a long way to go, I'd be healthy at about 150-160 or so, but a good start
