It's hard to get back into the journaling groove after having been away. Real life is busy and I feel rather detached from the whole thing at the moment but something tells me I will be glad if I keep it up.

I notice that I've been rather preoccupied with food & cravings lately. Looking at the past few entries, one could think I'm the glutton of the century, lol.
