I was looking through the events list for the East Kingdom and spotted Novice Schola and Baronial Birthday for Bergental. Looks like it would be a fun event to take classes, and more dancing as well. Only problem is it's the Saturday after Boskone. Anyone from the Gigglswick branch of Strangeways want to attend?

What the frig is a fillet? (not a slice of fish in this case I would assume..) Oh goody, no, it's a head band.

Geek hierarchy chart (look, SCA is a mid level geek!)

GNE was fantastic. Exhausting, but fantastic. I think that I'm going to join the SCA, the events were fun (what little I got to), and the people were wonderful. Hopefully Rachel and Sarah will shepherd me in getting used to Stonemarch and the SCA in general.
