Okay, so today didn't go so well in the healthy eating department. Well, I did eat healthy. I just ate... a lot. I followed the plan until 1:30. I ate breakfast, which I don't normally do, a slice of whole wheat toast and jam, a glass of milk, and a banana. Just like Spark said. Lunch was my great salad, and the jell-o. I only drank two cokes today
