Birthdays are exhausting
We had Serra's party today. Nine kids came. It went really well, she had a good time, the kids had a good time, the pinata was beaten to a pulp and asploded, sending 6lbs of candy and small toys flying. I got Serra a stereo for her room, and Emma got her a Kidz Bop cd. She got My Little Pony toys, a movie, an outfit, a makeup kit, a MyScene doll, doll accessories, a globe night light that changes colors, money, and other stuff. She'll probably have another birthday party at Brian's next weekend.
Before the party Jerry (ex-brother-in-law guy) came over and hooked up the washer and dryer. I gave him a key to the garage so he can come and go and get his laundry done without me needing to be here. I'm so stoked, I'm about to go out a load in as soon as I'm done typing and have a drink in hand.
