The thing that worries me is, how exactly do you tell the difference between hypomania and mania? I'm diagnosed as Bipolar II but I know that can end up developing into I. Two of my friends who also have bipolar have mentioned in posts today that they are more energetic, needing to keep an eye on themselves. I am, too. HypoManic Afternoons
I've known for years that Bean's Disorder was rapid cycling. But, man, yesterday was super intense. Had I not been able to get the medicine in him and keep him near me for about :45 minutes, he may as well gone right into a pure manic state.

I had to cancel plans again because of snow, twice in one week, mostly because I'm so terrified of driving in snow. I hate it and now I'm feeling bad about cancelling...
