The inspection went flawlessly. They didn't find a single bedbug around my bed. He pulled up the carpet under the bed and checked underneath, and checked in a couple places around my clothes. He even commented that my room looked nicer, and I think I agree with him ( Read more... )

I just realized that it's been about 5 years that I've lived in my current apartment. And here I didn't even think I'd last that long on my own. It was sometime in May, or maybe April, of 2007 that I moved in. The outlets in my apartment were not up to code so the landlord had to call an electrician to fix them before the city fined him. The electrician was supposed to come early this morning. However, I keep on getting screwed by late fees, even though I explained to these bastards that I'm unemployed and only getting unemployment every two weeks.
