So the convention went well. Don't know what much to say about it except that I met a guy cosplaying the OTHER Lupin the Third (I was red jacket Lupin, he was green jacket Lupin). Been busy with homework lately. I had two assignments due this week.

The con I went to last Saturday was a bit of a fail and bit of a success. Nothing quite worked out the way it should have.

So, I was the only one who could go in for Winter Welcome Day and promote the anime club. Welcome day is where the clubs and organizations and departments put up booths and let students know of their services. It happens at the beginning of the two major semesters ( Read more... )

Cough is better. It seemed to subside a lot two Mondays ago. But it didn't fully go away until last weekend. So I think I'm better now. I don't know if the cough suppressant my doctor gave me helped me recover any faster or not ( Read more... )

The bad
One of the things that frustrated me the most about this con was the amount of money I spent for parking. $23 over 3 days. This doesn't seem bad but consider I parked for $9 last year. Last year they had a giant surface lot open with parking for $3 for 24 hours. This year, for ( Read more... )
