Ah, Topshop makeup. I feel like I always say this but I really don't get why our local Topshop stores don't carry the beauty line as well. I'm absolutely sure there's a market for it and the formula of most of the products are perfect for our weather. Why, Topshop, why? It's always hit or miss for me when it comes to the beauty line of Forever 21. Prior to purchasing this product, the only highlighter I had was Benefit High Beam which was in liquid form. I think I prefer the powder formula when it comes to highligthers.
