I love having healthy ways to dispel rage and frustration. Especially when I'm angry or frustrated for no real reason. I was feeling that way on Monday, which was really sucky. Today is my eighteenth birthday! I can't believe that I am legally an adult! I've really enjoyed my life, when I look back.
