Woohoo, I have an extra superlong weekend! In the last week my shoulder mobility has been improving: I went to Aquarobics again for the first time since March. Afterwards I did feel a bit of pain in my shoulders, but it was good pain from exercising, not bad pain for overstretching, if you know what I mean ( Read more... )

Due to giving my shoulders the necessary recovery time, I severely cut down on my computer time. Remember that I told you about how I overextended my right shoulder?
