Uh-oh, Livejournal changed their photo-album lay-out and interface. I don't like change, so it will take some time to get used to all the new bits. All functionality still seems to be intact, so I hope the 14,000+ images I archived over the years are safe.

Yay, lots of improvements on my shoulder mobility since my last update. I was able to get on my bicycle again and after trying it carefully in the weekend to do groceries, I also cycled to the office again every weekday ( Read more... )

Woohoo, I have an extra superlong weekend! In the last week my shoulder mobility has been improving: I went to Aquarobics again for the first time since March. Afterwards I did feel a bit of pain in my shoulders, but it was good pain from exercising, not bad pain for overstretching, if you know what I mean ( Read more... )
