Graphics for Land of Art Phase 20 Challenges 10-17
This is the second half of my Land of Art Graphics for Phase 20. In case you missed here are links to Part 1, Challenges 1-9: on Dreamwidth and on Livejournal.
There will be a new Land of Art Phase starting next week, let me know if you are interested in joining in and I'll introduce you to our creative community:) It's a great low pressure challenge over several weeks with inspirational suggestions to make digital artworks, for which you can use stock or fandom images. Below you'll find my creations, featuring Orphan Black, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Supernatural, and more:) I'm on Team SteamPunk, we won Phase 20, yay!
Challenge 10 - Hide & Seek: Types of Weapons
Graphics with a focus on weapons in films and tv-series: we had 5 categories to vote for with artworks: ALIEN WEAPONRY / BOW & ARROW / GUNS / STICKS & BATONS / SWORDS & DAGGERS. Here's what I made over two rounds:
Round 1: 2 Wallpapers + 4 Picspams

- Handed in Golden Tickets for Challenge 11 - Competition: Superheroes Vs. Anti-Heroes Vs. Anti-Villains Vs. Villains
- Challenge 12 - Puzzle Maker was a digital puzzle challenge for speed
(I created my own puzzle as well, 70 pieces featuring CSI Nick Stokes, go check it out:)
- for Challenge 13 - May the 4th Be With You (Stormtrooper Edition) you had to pick your favorite stormtroopers for a lottery.
Challenge 14 - Hide & Seek: Accessories
Two rounds to vote with graphics featuring accessories from films or tv-series, there were 5 categories: GLASSES / BAGS / HATS / JEWELLERY / SHOES. There were also additional challenges for extra points if you made specific graphics. Here's what I made:

Challenge 15 - Hide & Seek: Love
Wahey, another one of my proposed subjects. Graphics with a focus on Love: romantic, friendship, family, pets, nature. There were also additional challenges for extra points if you made specific graphics. Here's what I made:

ROMANTIC: 3 pieces: 1 Bookmark + 1 Picspam + 1 Sigtag
Extra Challenges:
- Black & White + Color (bookmark)
- Include one Heart (picspam)
- No Face on Romantic Theme (sigtag)
FRIENDSHIP: 1 header
NATURE: 2 pieces: 1 Sigtag + 1 Bookmark

+Create a Wallpaper of a Doomed Couple for Romantic
Doomed Couple: Beth & Paul from Orphan Black
FRIENDSHIP
+ Create a Panorama showing more than one season (fall, winter, spring, summer) for Friendship
Panorama (incl. 5 icons) Orphan Black: Donnie & Helena in spring, autumn and winter
I accidently had made a collage of these two first, which I later turned into the panorama above for the extra points. I do like the originalgraphic better, so I'm sharing it here as well:)
+ Create three Icons for Friendship using the many friendships of one character; each icon is your chosen character and one friend.
Russian Doll Nadia's Friendships: Lizzy + Ruth + Maxine
NATURE
+ Create a graphic showing a natural disaster/storm (ex. Lightning, tornado, volcano spewing lava, blizzard, etc) for Nature
Community Banners: Love & Film Backgrounds
Because I came up with the challenge above, the mod asked me to make community graphics for it, here are my banners for the different love categories:
I also proposed Challenge 7 for which I made the banners for the different types of Backgrounds in films. I forgot to include them with my previous post, so here they are:
Challenge 16 - Competition: Animation Vs. Anime Vs. Live Action
Vote for your favorite category with artworks. You could earn bonuspoints by predicting which category would get the most art. As I thought Live Action would win, but I didn't have time to create lots of graphics, I handed in 100 Golden Ticketpoints to support that category. I did make two wallpapers for Anime, because I liked playing with Yuri on Ice; I feared this category would be the least favorite. I predicted correctly and grabbed the bonus points;)
Challenge 17 - Colored Graphics
A coloring page challenge with a twist: find a coloring page, and color it. Then make a graphic with coloring pages. I like colouring by hand, and I loved the twist as well! Found some phenomenal coloring pages:
