I've always been interested in getting LASIK done. I went to a doctor in my area for a consultation, and he said that I'm a good candidate (thick corneas, average-sized pupils, and moderate nearsightedness). I'm looking for new makeup colors to try out - especially eye and lip colors.

Skin Tone: Paaaaaale. Pink/red undertones, face on the somewhat ruddy side.
Eye Color: Medium gray-blue. (Bonus: dark hereditary eye-circles! GO ME!)

I'm 17 and I have these really ugly bags under my eyes. It's not from lack of sleep, I've gotten plenty of sleep and they don't go away. I've tanned to get rid of them, doesn't work. They are dark and like a purpley color .. not attractive. I've tried different types of concealer, even the green one and then applying foundation. Any tips? TIA

Thank you ALL for your insight and advice so I went to the eye doc today and he said a piece of lens could've been stuck up in the upper tearduct and caused the irritation, I'm on eye drops to heal it so I should be fine. Just thought I'd post an update.
