Eye Makeup Tips?
HI! I am a new poster/new here... I am wondering about eye makeup, since I am such a makeup noob.
1. I have hazel eyes which are basically dark green (with tiny tiny hazel dots around the pupil, but very little so basically dark green) and brown hair. And I feel like my eyes sometimes (especially when i try black eyeliner) they look too intense and they look significantly smaller... I want that soft "natural" beauty look but I dont know what kind of eye products to get/use. So far I Just have mascara and white eyeliner that I dont mind... I want my eyes to pop in a good way, any suggestions for daily looks?
2. I don't wear foundation for fear of breaking out.. I have good skin though, relatively, but would like something to "dress up" when I'm going out and completely cover up my dark circles. Are tinted moisturizers good, which one should I get for my combination sensitive skim? I always have under eyes circles from lack of sleep and I feel I cant even cover them up with a roller sometimes (i use revlon concealer and garnier under eye roller which I feel settles into my fine lines), so I need something more..like a foundation or tinted moisturizer etc. Help!
