My arm hair is pretty dark. I heard you can use hydrogen peroxide to bleach your (arm) hair. Has anyone tried this? (How) does it work?

Any other methods/tips to bleach arm hair? Preferrably not too expensive...

Attempted to bleach my hair at home, and didn't go as planned. I should've known better, but I didn't have enough product to evenly distribute through my hair (used Ion's Powder Lightener with their 30% developer), as it's quite thick. I have some extremely unwanted facial hair on my upper lip. its not omg dark or anything, but i know its there and it bothers me. I am deathly afraid that its going to come back darker.
