forgot to post on the 4th, on the 50th anniversary of Albert Camus' death.  I'm really enjoying his Journals 1950-1959, even though alot of it is kind of over my head.  i still love it, i think it's really interesting to read the testing ground-notes of one of the greatest minds of the 20th century.  Some really beautiful prose and bits of thoughts ( Read more... )

i'm watching The Nutcracker on PBS as the snow continues to fall outside. i'm enjoying a cup of peppermint icecream with two little gingerbread men in it. it's so yummy and festive it fills me with warm excitement, knowing we will have a white Christmas.  it's been a very Christmassy week. i know this is my 3rd update but i just had to write about the fog outside; it is the most incredible, intense fog i've ever seen. i felt like i was high on middle path it was so intense. i could hear people but i couldn't see them until they were pretty close. everything was glowing and hazy. and the light drizzle makes it even more perfect; it's ( Read more... )

just had deli ness in my room(plain cream cheese, cucumbers and sprouts on an eveything bagel mmmmm) done with work for today (besides class where i just sit and type) i go home tomorrow @ 3:00! got most work done so that it will actually be a break. had my first NIN dream last night. more on that later....
