We just moved to a new place and have a gas stove/oven. I have cooked on a gas stove before (though it was a very long time ago), and I think I once made a cake from a box in a gas oven, but nothing much else. Any good tips out there on things to remember, like best times and temps that might vary from a conventional oven? Thanks!
