Friday's #happything was finally completing the updating of all my printed guides for students, for next academic year - in Word and PDF, uploaded to our online repository, with all links checked and information updated. #Happything for today: crossing several niggly things off the To Do list at work. It's so quiet at the moment that my opportunities to procrastinate are much reduced, and my boss is on leave so not constantly pestering me - it is amazing what I get done when I can't avoid it...

Today's #happything: the fact that whenever I have a meeting on the other campus (as I did this morning) my commute is a half-hour cycle much of which is along the river, watching ducks and geese and narrowboats and the light glinting off the water. I can think of worse commutes :-)

Yesterday's #happything was getting a couple of jobs crossed off the To Do list, before leaving work on Friday, which I had been putting off for several days for no very good reason, and which just needed doing by the end of the week. Satisfying :-)

Have horrible cold, have come home from work (which I couldn't easily skip today, although I felt rough, because I had teaching and meetings) and gone straight to bed.
