Apparently Pepsi is going to start selling sodas in the US sweetened with real sugar instead of HFCS -- Pepsi Throwback.

I probably undid all my week's worth of exercise by getting pizza and breadsticks for dinner, but I don't care. It was so fucking tasty.

I made a delicious dinner of teriyaki fake chicken and broccoli with cous cous. I sat down and ate a couple of bites. The plate slips out of my hand, hits the coffee table and shatters, strewing the food all over the floor. I cleaned up the plate and then got the vacuum cleaner out to clean up the cous cous. I don't eat sandwiches that much, what with it being nigh impossible to find bread without high fructose corn syrup. Today I'm having my favorite sandwich: soy bacon, spinach, tomato, cheddar cheese on olive loaf (bakery bread no less!). Mmmmmmmmmmm.

I will write more about my holidays later, hopefully. But I wanted to write about the best dessert I have ever had that I just happened to eat this week. On a whim I bought some Silk nog at the grocery store today. I lovelove love egg nog, but it's pretty fattening. This is a healthier alternative, and it's pretty tasty too!

So, I made potato soup for dinner tonight. I love winter and comfort foods that go along with it. Anyway, I opened a bottle of pomegranate wine that I purchased on a whim last Friday. Let me tell you, it is amazing. I am definitely gonna get some more. I'm hoping it's still on special at the liquor store!

Vegetarian chili + cornbread = delicious!

For dinner, I mixed limeade with my cranberry/blackberry juice. Let me just tell you, it is awesome. A nice combo w/ my bean burritos (made with kidney beans that I cooked on the stove, not refried beans). Sometimes, when I cook, it feels totally worth it. Tonight, it feels like that.
