The weekend was great, despite a few blahs. I started getting sick Thursday, and now I am full blown ailing, with coughs, chest congestion, migraines, a fever, and achy joints. I thought I was up to 4K words for NaNo. I'm actually at a bit over half that. That's somewhat depressing. Then again, I was never a good estimator. If we have to move the wedding, I have no problems with Quigley's St. James chapel. It's very pretty, very welcoming, and there's plenty of room for whoever will be there. That is the most important thing of the day so far.

Despite the fact that I am indeed at work this early and I do indeed intend to stay as late as I can, I am in a swell mood.

...why is he a moon man? It doesn't make any sense.

My body must not be used to the schedule yet. Since there are no choir rehearsals during the summer, there is no need for me to work nights at the Cathedral. This is great, 'cause I hate working nights at the Cathedral. But my body is not used to getting up early six days a week. I think it liked being able to sleep until 8 two of the days.
