Feeling good.

If we have to move the wedding, I have no problems with Quigley's St. James chapel. It's very pretty, very welcoming, and there's plenty of room for whoever will be there. I will have to rethink my music (right now I'm thinking about soloist, organ, trumpet, violin, and a small choir), since there really isn't enough room for all that and it might actually be too much sound for the space. Here's hoping it doesn't get to that, though.

The bit of the wedding I saw on Friday was lovely. The bride had her mother walk her down the aisle. They were Japanese, and her mother wore a full kimono and looked amazing. I almost cried. Since the people didn't know me from a hole in the wall, I attempted to keep my cool and get out of there as soon as I could. I just wanted to see how a wedding would start at least there, and get an idea of the sound. Once I did, I bolted.

Lowell and I saw Watchmen last night, and we were both very impressed. I'm glad I read the graphic novel before I saw the film, so as to see what differences there were between text and script. I'm sure I will watch it again, though it will be some time. I definitely had some whacked-out dreams last night, definitely inspired by the film.

We've spent today at the computers, putzing about on World of Warcraft. I am not complaining. I needed another laid back day like this. We'll be spending the majority of tomorrow with Lowell's family, since one of his aunties in in from the Philippines, possibly to stay. I'm going to need all the rest I can get to be ready for this. I'm sure everything will go well, but I always get keyed up before going out with Lowell's family. That's something I'll have to get used to, obviously.

I am waiting for Lowell to get ready before we head out to celebrate the lovely Puff's birthday! We missed the dinner, thinking we were going out with Lowell's family tonight as well, but we will be meeting up with them for drinks and fun at Gameworks. I haven't been there in ages, and am definitely looking forward to hitting up the ITG machine and showing off a bit. Will be a fun, fun night. :)

Looks like we're finally ready to book. I think it took Lowell longer to get ready than it took me. Hee hee.
