After sleeping in late this morning, I'm having a quiet relaxing day alone at home today. It's chilly outside and I've just not got the motivation to venture out to do anything when it's warm and comfy right here. And besides, there's nothing pressing that really NEEDS done...

It's been a late-autumny weekend with cool temps and gusty winds tossing the fallen leaves through the air. I've spent most of the past two days here in my apartment, settling in for the winter I guess and getting the place ready for faeryshaman to move into in a couple weeks. I finally took my car in to the shop last night for some long-needed repairs. I got a call earlier this morning from the shop saying that they got it in and had an estimate. Initially they cited a number of things wrong, with a total repair cost of almost $1000! UGH ( Read more... )
