Well, I saw Aronofsky's Black Swan yesterday, which has been hailed as both the most amazing thing ever and the most disappointing thing ever. I've never really thought about it, but I don't have many good memories of Halloween. It could be one reason I don't tend to participate very much in it (that and I find it vaguely obnoxious).
