After having issues with low blood sugar for the second day running, and having had issues like this all winter, I bit the bullet and went to the doctor. Yummy. Breakfast is porridge, hot cross buns and apple & cinnamon tea, served with a healthy dose of frost and breath you can see. Heater is warming up this part of the house at least.
