back in benaulim for the duration, i think. i walked up the beach to colva this morning and have some more books, incliding foucalt's pendulum and the shipping news, which hopefully shuld keep me occupied for more than a day. i usually read very fast but in patnem i just chewed through a stakc of boks in about five days and ended up writing twenty ( Read more... )

new years in delhi looks to be a non-event- club entry age is 25 and they want 5000 rupees for entry. So it looks like the hotel roof, a bottle of vodka and some limes for me and simon, and probably better music than we'd get in a club anyway (I am DYING for fbi. Jodhpur is supposed to be blue and it is- especially from the top of this MASSIVE fort that overlooks the town from this kind of plateau. the mehranah (sp? i'll look it up later) fort is made of red sandstone that kind of rises out of the cliff face and looms over he entire city. mpost of which is painted blue i can' rememeber why- something to do ( Read more... )
