Took a call from a vendor working for a customer of ours; the cust is getting a system installed, and the vendor has a mounting question. It's a system that the Dipstick is trained in, but hey, I can read manauls too; I sweep through the standard install set, find out that the caller has checked there, and that there is no easy answer to be found. Our call center basiclly works by having all the phones in our group ring for an incoming, whoever is available pick it up, and then we shuffle the caller around as we need to in order to hand off the caller to the right guy.
