So, dig this. This problem started up quite a while ago, and I haven't found any way to fix it yet. On my EeePC, when the "start" menu button is pressed on-screen, the windows menu pops up. Fired up DVM this morning (for those that don't know, that's my main computer), and had a major update to my virus software. For the last few days, my headset (a good Logitech USB headphones/microphone dealie) has been making some popping noises.
