Due to circumstances beyond my control, I ended up working 7 days in a row. between the work time and the drama and the whatnot, I was wiped the fuck out, no surprise. A long hot day at work was followed by a stormy evening, followed by a long, hot, humid night...during which the AC first went bad and stopped working, then the whole house's power died. I was told yesterday that a week from today (next Sunday), I'd be running the shop by myself. Apparently, this means I'll be approved and set as an assistant manager by then.
