So the rubber bands that UV uses to keep posters attached apparently disintegrate and melt when they age. I do not appreciate my sexy J poster getting encrusted with rubber. It's not completely ruined, but it definitely devalues it and it takes some of the joy out of hanging it up ( Read more... )

So I got my sakubun back. Predictably, Sensei corrected ライブ　to コンサート. Argh. NO. STOP DOING THAT. I am 99% that コンサート is not used in regards to rock music. And I'm confused about why he changed the way I listed favorite bands- I used で　instead of や because of what he told us in class. I am not listing every favorite band, just some. So I got into Japanese. I missed the first class, but it doesn't seem to matter. Wednesday's entire lesson was about weather. The only vocabulary I learned was 度 and　気温.
