Anti-Obama vids on youtube
I was surfing youtube and saw a bunch of anti-Obama videos with Metallica background music. I thought I would try to get youtube's attention by flagging them as copyright infringement videos, assuming that Metallica is not necessarily anti-Obama and perhaps had nothing to do with the videos. Vacation is almost over . . . sigh
Alas, another vacation in it's death throes. I'm preparing for an extensive travel stint for work and I'm feeling uneasy. My mother-in-law is moving in for about three months, which is mostly fine. Milestone
I have experienced a new milestone. I have so many frequent flyer miles that I'm getting automatic upgrades to more comfortable seating when it is available. It seems so decadent, but damn I like it. Big TVs and SUVs
At long last I have figured out why SUVs exist. At first I didn't get it, they are so large and obnoxious. I thought, "those vehicle owners must have larger vehicle budgets than my family" and "how can he afford to drive an F350 as a commuter vehicle?" Now at last I get it ( Read more... ) -

Homeport Worms
The homeport worms (redus wiggelus or eisenia foetida to the more pedantic among us) that we inherited when we left homeport almost three years ago are thriving. We have split them twice and still have plenty to munch up some percentage of our excess vege-matter.
