For the GRE Subject test, in Psych specifically, what is considered a good score? What number or percentile do they recommend you submit your scores for?

Does anyone have applications that request the subject test scores upon application submission? I ask because I'm ready to submit (I want to submit the online stuff so that my file will be made when the rest of my packet comes in) but our November scores won't be out for a while. When I took the general GRE, I'm not sure that I picked the right departments. Some schools are really vague about which department they want scores sent to, if any, and some say psych department but then I got confused about whether I should have sent it to the psych department or a specific psych department (I/O, Social, etc). Anyone know of a place with good clinical, abnormal, personality, and/or physiological psych review for the GRE? I'm taking the English Lit subject GRE exam in October, and I can only find two or three books to help me prepare. Do you have a favorite online study resource that you can point me to? Or anything else that can help me prep?
