A Bracket is a Mead with malt added. Or maybe a beer with honey added. I guess it depends on how much honey vs malt you use.

This would be a fun thing to make with the leftover honey from the mead making.

I've noticed that the fruity amber that I'm working on is just about done and ready to be bottled, so I'm starting to think about my next brew.
