Planning the next beer

With the pilsner bottled finally, I can move onto the next beer. I bought another amber to see if I can repeat the raspberry amber. I am doing a couple things different this time, though. I'll go more into the plans when I start cooking it in a day or two.

I need to keep in mind that a batch of beer is my wedding present to my brother. The deadline for that is the beginning of july. I think the batch after this amber will be the wedding batch.

I can't wait to get drunk on the pilsner. jardy comparied it to pabst. :P
