Most days I find myself lacking an appetite. Which, I suppose, can be a good thing in regards to losing a few pounds. I've lost several since moving back to West Virginia. Sometimes I feel like a hopeless basketcase. Yesterday was a horrible day--absolutely horrible beyond all imagining. There was no particular reason for the shitty quality of the day; it just was.
