i have another new crush! this one is single though, and i am so excited. i was starting to get worried about myself for not really being into anyone aside from karaoke boy. anyway, this crush is taking me to dinner tonight, so we'll see how that goes...and surprise, surprise, he's an engineer.

the snowball was this weekend. overall, i'd say it went pretty well. there definitely seemed to be a good turn out, but it wasn't overly crowded either. of course, i didn't make it to the second ballroom so i have no idea if that was helpful in alleviating the crowds or not. it was also nice because for the first year, a group of friends attended. first real snow came yesterday through today. it's pretty much been snowing (with some rain/sleet) for 24 hours, although not a whole lot of accumulation. it's definitely nice to see snow finally, but oddly not as exciting as i thought it would be. usually the first snow like this makes me very happy. perhaps waiting so long has made it less ( Read more... )
