i notice a difference personally. i'm less cynical and less cranky and less nervous when i find other things to do with my time. of course, this isn't true for everyone. definitely true for me, though. and obviously there's enough of a trend for researchers to notice.

And now you know why I don't buy from the organic department at Publix or shop exclusively at The Green Bean.
