We lit our first fire in the fireplace today. It took a while to really get going but was burning quite merrily until dinnertime.

We also pulled out many of the holiday CDs to play them when we were out, today, driving around the very snowy, very chilly countryside.

In the past twenty four hours I have:( done lots )

I've gotten lunches packed, dishes washed, helped youngest with her birdwatching assignment, taken the kids to school, walked the dogs, started more laundry and am considering making a stab at breakfast. And it's only 9:30, go me!

Today I'm going to go into the office a little bit later in the morning. ( minutiae of work )
