...what do I have to say today?? HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO hperna and MY G-MAN on Thursday. I can't believe he's 11 already. It seems like just yesterday he was a baby. Where does the time go?
My mom will be here on Wednesday. My kids are looking forward to her visiting for the week. She comes in on the 16th and leaves on the 23rd. I'm kind of bummed that she has to leave on my birthday, but it was the only flight she could get home. She is coming home for the birthday's and Ash's dance recital. She did tell me today that she would be home in July for fair week. I was glad to hear that, but I think I might keep it a secret from G. He was bummed that she was moving and wouldn't be here to see him show at fair, so this will be a nice surprise!!!
The big show is finally here!! Tomorrow is dress rehearsal for the dance recital. She is so excited to get to dance on the big stage and 4 dances this year!! She usually only has 2 so this is a big deal to her and she gets to dance in 2 shows which she usually only does one. She's especially looking forward to her many bouquets of flowers that she gets every year and her 6 year trophy. She enjoys the little things in life!!
We're having a party for G on Saturday night after the recital. I invited my mom's family and my dad's family. So we'll see how it goes. Having divorced parent's stinks when you try to plan holiday's and birthday's!!
I guess that's all for now since I think I've wrote a book!!
