Finally! After living in London for 15 months (i.e. long enough for 6 alleged "seasons") I can safely say that I've experienced summer.

It is PERFECT outside today... and has been for almost 2 weeks now.

Like an idiot, I keep smiling because I just spoke to someone whose work I've admired since middle school. I love my job!

My life is officially terribly pathetic. I just happened to look at my User Info page here on LJ and noticed that my comments posted = my comments received. 641 each. And the worst part is that I thought it was kinda cool.

Ah, nerd.

Let's go eat a sandwich.

Alas, too cold for a bike ride today. But we did buy (3) $.88 kites from Wal-Mart (Mason & I started out going there to buy a toilet seat, and it grew from there). So we flew our Harry Potter (Eric), Bugs Bunny (me), and Bob the Builder (Mason) kites in the bank parking lot. Sad, but really fun. Until the wind stopped. Today is Pi Day. It is 3.14.

So eat some pie.

It's 03-03-03 today. At 3:33 and 33 seconds, it will be a whole lot of threes. Or, at 3:03 and 3 seconds, it will be 03-03-03 and 03:03:03.

I think I have a problem if I find this so amusing.

Back to work I go.
