I'm officially Effexor free!  Have been for a week now.  The upside:  I sleep much better, no more all-nighters and I'm losing weight.  The downside:  the anxiety thing still comes into play.  I'm not quite certain yet if it's a withdrawal symptom or my natural condition.  Physically speaking, I feel much better but I have a lingering worry that my ( Read more... )

I had my second appt. with my p-doc on Tuesday. This was basically a follow-up to see how the Effexor was working. While I'm feeling a bit better, he apparently wasn't pleased with my progress so he upped my dosage. I think it's because I still isolate myself, especially when things get stressful. So much has happened since I last posted, yet not much of anything. I've mentioned before that this year so far has been less than good for my family. I haven't been much in the mood to write or do anything for that matter. I've had a bad case of the blahs since last Saturday. Some reasons for causing this are insomnia, hormones and stress.
