Nothing really to report. I'm just procrastinating and wondering if I can do both NaNoWriMo, and Sketchavember at the same time. My thought is to sketch something that had happened in the day that I just wrote.

A self illustrated book? Neat.

I'm five days behind in Sketchavember and a day behind in NaNo... Oy.

I just ordered my new wacom tablet 6x8. I can't get the newer one because I haven't budgeted for it, but I'm sure once I get a steady job, then I can get a second one. ("What are these computer mice you speak of?")

One more week of school and most of the classes are either over, "show up if you want to for extra help" or pizza parties.

I've been working three shifts a week at the Congress Centre and my sister, Drew, has come home to Ottawa from Winnipeg. I've missed her a lot in the two years that she was away. I just found out that my good, good friend Sango has been accepted at Algonquin next year for the animation program. This is terrific cause getting into the program is really, really hard with 700+ appilcants a year for 55-75 seats. I don't know if there's a waiting list or if you just have to re-apply each year but I'm very proud of her. And to ( Read more... )
